    Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

    The Classic Double Room was cozy and well-decorated. We loved the rooftop terrace for evening drinks-perfect views! Be mindful of the deposit policy, as it takes a week to refund.

    We loved the soothing massage options and the relaxing Turkish bath available on-site. Just a little note, the restaurant could get a bit busy during peak hours, but that didn't take away from our overall experience 😊

    the check-in took way too long, but the bed was SUPER comfy! ! i had one of my best sleeps! staff were super nice and helpful, especially ryan! location is prime, just near EU buildings and nice cafes!

    staff is friendly, the room and the bathrom are clean

    thge prices are way too expensive, in addition to a very expensive price for the room I had to pay 35 EUR for the parking for one night and additional 30 EUR for the breakfast! Come on, 30 EUR for bread, butter and marmalade. And they charge the wifi internet 10 EUR per hour. This is too much.

    Fantastic room with excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed. Whilst not central in Brussels this Sofitel is perfectly located for our needs.

    Free Wi-Fi should be provided given the cost of the rooms. Breakfast is too expensive - you can pay a third of the price on Place Jourdan just outside the hotel.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were modern. The staff was really good and very welcoming and check in was quick. My room was reasonably spacious and silent, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast served was very good, everything you could wish for, with the right amount at high quality, a yoghurt plus fresh omeletts. The location was favourable and fab, right next to Or Coffee. Tbh, had a REALLY NICE stay at christmas time.

    There was pool missing.
